Working principle
This furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange through indirect heating technology at the high-temperature part of the furnace body. Smoke and air flow separately, heating is absolutely pollution-free, with high thermal efficiency (up to 60-75%), fast heating, small size, easy installation, reliable use, and low price (compared to a one ton boiler, this heating system is only half the price of a boiler heating system).
Performance characteristics
High temperature resistance measures have been taken, greatly extending its lifespan compared to tube type hot air stoves. Longitudinal flushing of heat dissipation fins by flue gas and negative pressure exhaust methods have been adopted, ensuring that the heat exchange area does not accumulate dust and does not require cleaning, resulting in stable thermal performance. Various types of coal or wood can be used as fuel, and equipped with a secondary air inlet device for complete combustion. All technical and economic indicators of the furnace have reached the leading level in China.
